For deliveries within Japan, we will deliver within 7 days of ordering. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, we will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If the product or quantity is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If you have already used the product, we may not be able to accept the return even if the product was incorrectly packaged.
- If the product is defective (broken, scratched, stained) After you contact us, we will check whether a replacement product is available and whether there is any problem with the replacement product. Once we receive the product back, we will check the defective part and send you a replacement product.
- Inquiries regarding product returns and exchanges will only be accepted via email or telephone.
- After the sales contract has been concluded, we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
